INGREDIENTS:
2 Tbsp - olive oil
2/3 cup - rice wine vinegar
1/3 cup - orange juice
1 Tbsp - Dijon mustard
1 tsp - honey
2 tsp - minced garlic
1 Tbsp - minced shallots
½ tsp - Creole seasoning
2 Tbsp - chopped fresh cilantro
PREPARATION:
Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate. Makes 12 servings, 2 Tbsp. each
