SALSAS & SAUCES
CITRUS MUSTARD SAUCE
Makes 2 3/4 cups
1 ½ cups Orange Marmalade
¾ cup Mayonnaise
2 TBSP Horseradish, Prepared
½ cup Creole Mustard
2 tsp Lemon Juice, fresh squeezed
¼ tsp Creole Seasoning
¼ cup Water, cold tap
Place all ingredients in a kitchen blender and puree until smooth. Refrigerate and serve cold. Enjoy!!
