Menu Questions

Are Bahama Breeze recipes available?
A selection of recipes you can prepare at home, inspired by our award-winning culinary team, are included on our Web site, click here. Unfortunately, not all of our recipes are available online, but as soon as one becomes available, it will be listed on the recipe section of the Web site.

Please note that although we always welcome menu suggestions, we do not accept outside recipes.

How do I sell a recipe to Bahama Breeze?
We would love to hear your suggestions for new menu items. We do not, however, accept recipe submissions.

Where can I obtain nutritional information for your dishes?
Our menu includes a number of dishes for guests who are concerned about a balanced diet. Currently, we do not provide a nutritional analysis of our menu. Changes in recipes and the hand-crafted nature of our menu items mean that variations can occur from time to time, affecting the nutritional values for each menu item. It is best to ask your server or restaurant manager for guidance in selecting menu items that meet your needs. You should always consult a physician prior to beginning any diet activity.

Which menu selections are vegetarian/vegan?
Depending on your personal philosophy, we can suggest Angel Hair Pomodoro (without cheese bread) as a vegetarian selection. We also invite you to speak with your server or one of our managers while visiting. There may be some other menu items you may enjoy by omitting meat, butter and cheese from the preparation.

Do you have a Kid’s Menu?
A children’s menu is available here, or at our restaurants.

What exactly is the Island Insider Newsletter?
The Island Insider is a newsletter that brings you the latest news, information and special opportunities from Bahama Breeze. It is delivered exclusively via e-mail to your inbox approximately every six weeks. Sign up is free and with membership you’ll receive updates on exclusive benefits, promotions and sweepstakes via e-mail.

How can I edit my Island Insider profile?
Just enter your e-mail address and password on the Island Insider page to change your personal information and update preferences.

Is there a membership card for the Island Insider Newsletter?
Nope. All you need is an e-mail address to receive all the special news and promotions for being an Island Insider. No card is necessary (or available).

How do I enter the Island Insider Sweepstakes?
When you sign up to receive the Island Insider Newsletter, you’re automatically entered into the Island Insider Sweepstakes.

How do I unsubscribe from Bahama Breeze e-mails and Island Insider communications?
All you have to do is select “Need to Unsubscribe” from the Island Insiders page. Also, there is a convenient link at the bottom of every e-mail we send.

Does Bahama Breeze offer franchise opportunities?
Bahama Breeze is owned and operated by Darden Restaurants, Inc. We do not offer any franchise opportunities. All of our managers are employees of the company.

Because of the number of requests we receive daily, our donations are limited to non-profit, charitable organizations that benefit the communities in which we serve. How do I purchase some of the decorative items seen in Bahama Breeze?
We’re sorry, but nearly everything in the restaurant is custom ordered and exclusive to Bahama Breeze. These items are not available for sale.

Where can I purchase a tape of the music played at Bahama Breeze?
We’re sorry, but we do not currently have our selections available for sale.

What are the hours of operation for Bahama Breeze?
Most restaurants open at 11:00 a.m. for lunch. Dinner is served beginning at 4:00 p.m. Closing hours vary by location. Most locations are open until midnight Sunday through Thursday and 1:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday. During late-night hours a limited menu may be available.

Can paintings be shipped to locations outside of the United States?
Sorry, we are not able to ship internationally.

When will the painting I ordered be delivered?
Your painting will usually ship within 5 business days of your order. If you choose UPS ground, allow an additional 5-7 business days for your painting to arrive, or 2 days for Fed Ex 2 nd Day Air.

What is the return policy for paintings?
You may return a painting in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To return a painting:

  1. Pack the painting in its original packaging.
  2. Ship via UPS Ground to the following address:

If your painting arrives damaged, the artist will repaint and replace the damaged painting.

Does Bahama Breeze have a mystery diner program?
We do not currently employ mystery shoppers or any mystery shopping programs.

Does Bahama Breeze have a frequent diner program?
No, not at this time.

Do you accept reservations?
We are anxious to have you visit Bahama Breeze. We do offer Call Ahead Seating and, at some locations, we are able to accommodate group events. Please contact the restaurant near you by telephone for specific information.

What is Call Ahead Seating?
Call ahead seating makes it easier than ever to escape to Bahama Breeze. Just call your local Bahama Breeze before you come. If there happens to be a wait we'll add your name to the list, just like you were here in person. When you arrive, check in with the host/hostess. THIS IS NOT A RESERVATION, so you may still experience a wait once you arrive at the restaurant.

Are there special menu items for celebrations such as birthdays?
We do not currently offer a special menu or dessert item for guests celebrating an occasion with us. Please know however, that many guests find our generous dessert portions ideal for sharing
