Papaya Seed Vinaigrette ½ cup fresh papaya seeds 1 cup papaya nectar 1 cup rice wine vinegar ¼ cup Dijon Mustard 1/8 cup fresh lime juice 2 Tbsp. rough chopped shallots 1 tsp Creole Seasoning ½ tsp kosher salt 3 oz. extra virgin olive oil Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until puréed well. Refrigerate.
