FLEXIBLE SCHEDULES
We offer flexible work schedules and accommodate our team members’ other life commitments.
POWER OF DARDEN
Bahama Breeze is part of the Darden family of restaurants, which includes Olive Garden, LongHorn Steakhouse, Cheddars Scratch Kitchen, Yard House, The Capital Grille, Seasons 52 and Eddie V’s, which means the potential for opportunities anywhere life may take you. Many times, when team members find themselves needing to relocate, we’re in a position to assist them in securing a job across the United States, allowing them to continue their career within our company.
INCLUSION & DIVERSITY
Even though we have a common vision, we embrace and celebrate individual differences. At Bahama Breeze, inclusion and diversity are woven throughout the fabric of our culture. Every day we strive to maximize our differences to support the business strategy, focused on winning against competitors, and to create an environment where all our team members can reach their greatest potential.
VETERAN SUPPORT
We are committed to providing career opportunities to Veterans and their families who have interest in the food service industry. We take pride in giving military families the support they deserve and value the extra touches of dedication, loyalty and honor they bring to our team.
COMMUNITY
At Bahama Breeze, we are pleased to participate in many community initiatives. Here are a few:
Harvest Program:
In partnership with Food Donation Connections, every Bahama Breeze focuses on giving back by participating in our Harvest Program and contributing high-quality food items, such as steak, seafood and vegetables, on a weekly basis to community food banks and other nonprofit organizations to help feed the hungry. Since 2003, we’ve donated more than 520,000 pounds of food–that’s over 440,000 meals!
Darden Dimes:
An internal program funded by team members that provides more than $15 million in assistance to coworkers facing emergencies.
