chimichurri
1 cup - Parsley, rough chopped
1 cup - Extra Virgin Olive Oil
5 ounces - Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp. - Fresh Garlic, Chopped Fine
½ tsp. - Salt
½ tsp. - Cumin
¼ tsp. - Red Pepper Flakes
OR
½ tsp. - Black Pepper, Fresh Ground
1 ½ tsp. - Oregano
Brine
2 quarts Water
4 Tbsp. Salt
4 Tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/3 cup Garlic Cloves, Crushed
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, allow to rest for 2 hours before using.
Or
Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth, allow to rest for 2 hours before using.
Combine all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Cool.
