Margarita Chicken
Wood-grilled chicken breast marinated in fresh lemon, lime, honey and a splash of Jose Cuervo Tequila, served with fresh tomato and roasted corn salsa and Island rice.
Barbecue Chicken Breast
Wood-grilled with our sweet and smokey guava barbecue sauce, topped with applewood bacon and melted cheese, served with fresh broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes.
Jerk Chicken Pasta
Sliced jerk chicken breast, fresh asparagus and mushrooms tossed in a rich parmesan-herb cream sauce with bow-tie pasta. Lighter portion available.
Bahamian Grilled Chicken Kabobs
Wood-grilled chicken breast, fresh mushrooms, onions, peppers and squash served over Island rice. Combination of steak* and chicken also available.
Jamaican Grilled Chicken Breast
Marinated with authentic spicy jerk seasonings and oak-grilled, served with cinnamon mashed sweet potatoes, fresh seasonal vegetables and a black bean sauce. Lighter portion available.
Wood-grilled with garlic and thyme, served with a creamy roasted red pepper sauce, fresh tomato salsa and crispy yuca, topped with sweet peppers and onions.
