Great Training is the Key

At Bahama Breeze, we believe that great training leads to a rewarding work experience. That’s why every new team member takes part in a series of comprehensive training programs that will help you be successful not just at Bahama Breeze but in life.

After a candidate is invited to join the Bahama Breeze team, he or she will attend a general orientation and receive a welcome packet. At the orientation we discuss everything you’ll need to know about the restaurant.

You’ll also learn all about the Caribbean & its food, music, history and culture. Then, depending on your position, you will participate in Culinary or Service Orientation where you’ll learn the how-to’s, be able to ask questions and become fully trained before being scheduled to work independently. A Manager will follow up on each new member, setting the whole team up for success.

If you love to learn, grow personally and professionally, and make money, Bahama Breeze is the place for you. So get ready, because we’re training you for one of the best jobs you’ll ever have!
