Paid Vacations
Full-time employees get a one-week paid vacation after one year, two weeks after three years and up to three weeks after seven years.

Discounted Dining
The Employee Meal Discount program means that when you’re off work, you and up to seven friends eat at any Darden Restaurant (including Bahama Breeze, Red Lobster, Olive Garden and Smokey Bones) at 25 percent off (not including alcoholic beverages). And when you’re working, eat in the restaurant before or after your shift or during your break at 50 percent off.

Financial Aid
Employees and their families can access low-interest educational loans through the ConSern Student Loan Program. Pay for tuition, room and board or supplies (even up to $3,000 for a computer) at accredited colleges, private secondary schools and approved technical schools.

Retirement Plans
Start putting something away for retirement (or just a rainy day). The Darden Savings Plan 401k makes it easy for employees to save a little each paycheck. If you’re 21 or older, you can start contributing on your hire date. And after you’ve been with Bahama Breeze for a year and worked 1,000 hours, the company matches up to 6 percent of your pay, so your savings grow even more.

Health Coverage
Employees can opt for Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage. All employees are immediately eligible for our Day-One Advantage program. Or upgrade to the Day-One Premier program for additional coverage. After one year the standard group program offers more comprehensive coverage.

Disability Insurance
You can get disability insurance that pays you a weekly benefit for up to 52 weeks if you’re hurt or sick. (Not available in New Jersey because that state provides their own disability insurance.)

Life Insurance
You can also get up to $20,000 in term life insurance and our Dependent Term Life that pays $10,000 if a covered spouse dies; $5,000 if a covered child dies.
