Bahama Breeze server Alex Kraft, from Louisville, KY, rides a zip line across a river near the El Yunque tropical rain forest in Puerto Rico. She was one of 32 servers and bartenders from Bahama Breeze restaurants throughout the United States who went to Puerto Rico recently for a Caribbean cultural immersion and to participate in team-building challenges. The program was designed to motivate and engage employees who excel in guest satisfaction.
