1. HOW TO ENTER: Sweepstakes begins March 13, 2006 . Log on to www.bahamabreeze.com to solve the mystery. Questions will be revealed on March 13, 15, 20, 22, 27 and 29, 2006. Answering the questions correctly and following the instructions will allow you to solve the mystery.

When you have solved the mystery, log on to www.bahamabreeze.com , follow the “Join the Hunt” links, and enter the sweepstakes by registering on the “mystery” web site between 12:01 AM (EST ) March 29, 2006 and 11:50 PM (EST) April 2, 2006 . Limit one entry per person. Sweepstakes entry ends 11:50 PM (EST) April 2, 2006 .

2. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the continental United States (not including Alaska , Hawaii or Puerto Rico ) 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of the following entities and members of their families or households are not eligible for participation: Darden Restaurants, Inc., their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies. Sweepstakes subject to all applicable Federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

3. JUDGING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about April 17, 2006 from among all complete and eligible entries received. Bahama Breeze, whose decisions are final and binding, will conduct the drawing. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Entrant selected must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Only one winner per person, family or household.

4. NOTIFICATION: The winners will be contacted by mail and sent a written notification letter along with an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release, Travel/Liability Release and Publicity Release to be completed and returned within 14 days. If chosen winner does not return the releases and confirm acceptance within 14 days, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected at random, time permitting.

5. PRIZES: (1) Grand Prize: The one (1) grand prize winner will receive a four (4) days and three (3) nights trip for two (winner and one guest) to the Bahamas . Prize includes hotel stay and round trip coach transportation from the major airport closest to the winner's home in the continental United States . Trip must be booked at least thirty (30) days in advance. Trip is subject to blackout dates and availability. Trip must be taken before June 1, 2007 or will be forfeited. Trip must be taken on scheduled date(s) or will be forfeited. No substitutions, cash equivalents or transfer of prize permitted except at sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor has the right in its sole discretion to offer a different trip or prize of equal value. Approximate Retail Value: U.S. $2,500 . Value of trip may vary depending on location of winner's residence and airfare fluctuations. All taxes and any other expenses not specified above, including ground transportation to and from the winner's home/airport are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize winner and guest must have appropriate and valid travel documents to travel on date(s) specified. Travel companion of prize winner must be 21 years of age or older, and will be required to sign a Travel/Liability release and a Publicity Release, where legal, prior to issuance of travel documents. Sponsor will not be responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of flight cancellation or flight delay.

(10) 2nd Prizes – The ten (10) second prize winners will receive dinner at Bahama Breeze every week for one year. Prize payment will be in the form of a $1,300 Bahama Breeze gift card. Prize is subject to the terms of the gift card. Card value is not redeemable for cash. Applicable taxes paid by bearer. Sponsor has the right in its sole discretion to offer a different prize of equal value.

(50) 3rd Prizes – The fifty (50) third prize winners will receive a $50 Bahama Breeze gift card. Prize is subject to the terms of the gift card. Card value is not redeemable for cash. Applicable taxes paid by bearer. Sponsor has the right in its sole discretion to offer a different prize of equal value.

6. PUBLICITY: Acceptance of a prize shall constitute and signify the winner's agreement and consent that Bahama Breeze and its affiliates may use the winner's name, address, likeness, biographical information and/or prize information for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without further compensation, except where prohibited.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any sweepstakes-related materials, or stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, invalid, incomplete or illegible entries. Sponsor, and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and Internet access providers are not responsible for incorrect entry of information by entrants, or technical malfunctions of any telephone network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof, entry materials that have been tampered with, human error, or lost/delayed data transmission; transactions that are processed late, incorrectly or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. By entering the sweepstakes the winner agrees to waive any and all claims against Sponsor, its affiliates, employees, agents and representatives for personal injury or loss, which may occur from participation in the sweepstakes or from the receipt or use of the prize. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an Internet entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account at time of entry. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. No copies, facsimiles or reproductions of online entry form will be accepted. Proof of e-mailing does not constitute proof of delivery.

If judges determine in their sole discretion that there is any suspected or actual tampering with the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the promotion, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to void any entries submitted fraudulently or cancel or modify the promotion. Should the promotion be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on www.bahamabreeze.com. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion is in violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel this promotion if it becomes technically corrupted such that it cannot be conducted as originally planned and select winners by random drawing from among all eligible entries received by this termination date.

8. WHO WON? Winners' names will be posted on www.bahamabreeze.com after May 1, 2006 . Sweepstakes results and a copy of these Official Rules may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to “Bahama Breeze Online Treasure Hunt Sweepstakes”, c/o P.O. Box 593330 , Orlando , FL 32859 U.S.A. Requests must be received within thirty (30) days after the applicable drawing date. Vermont residents may omit return postage.
